Three steps from your first message to a solution
Contact us
Call, write on WhatsApp or fill in the form below — wherever in the world you are.
Explain your situation
During a brief online consultation, you can outline what has happened and what support you need. You don’t have to decide which service fits your case — we will assess the situation and recommend the appropriate solution.
We find the solution
You receive a clear action plan, timeline, and cost estimate. A dedicated coordinator manages the entire process and keeps you updated with regular reports, including photos and receipts.
Four directions. One person to call.
We don’t do everything ourselves — we coordinate a network of trusted specialists, so you speak to one person instead of ten.
  • 01 · Crisis and Emergency
The first 72 hours after something happens. We become the family’s eyes, hands and voice in Latvia until you can be here.
    • On-site visit within an agreed time
    • Contact with the hospital and doctor — with the patient’s consent
    • Discharge plan and getting home safely
    • Carer or social service arranged
    • Groceries and medicines
    • Daily update for the family
    For a hospital stay, a fall, a discharge — or when a relative doesn’t pick up the phone. In a life-threatening situation call 113 / 112 — we don’t replace emergency services.
  • 02 · Family and Senior Assistance
Your person next to your relative. We don’t provide care ourselves — we visit, accompany, check on care and represent the family.
    • Regular visits and calls
    • Accompanying to the doctor, the bank and institutions
    • Help with embassies, migration services and social services
    • Overseeing carers and home help
    • Applying for municipal support
    • Emergency plan: powers of attorney, consents, keys
    • Monthly report for the family
  • 03 · Bereavement and After-Loss
The funeral home arranges the funeral. We take care of everything around it. While the family says goodbye, we handle the practical matters in Latvia.
    • First conversation in your language
    • Choosing a funeral home and comparing offers
    • Meeting relatives, accommodation, transport, translation
    • Help with VSAA and municipal benefits
    • Notary and inheritance case
    • Contracts, bills and looking after the apartment
We work alongside funeral homes, not instead of them — you choose, we coordinate.
  • 04 · Property Transition
An apartment that holds a whole life. One project with a budget and a timeline — from the keys to sale or rental.
    • Video walk‑through and full inventory of all belongings
    • Sorting of items: keep, send, give away, donate, or remove
    • Memory box: photos, letters, documents, and small keepsakes carefully collected, packed, and sent to you
    • Shipping of selected belongings abroad
    • Cleaning and minor repairs to prepare the property
    • Professional valuation, photography, and estate agent coordination
    • Photo updates at every stage of the process
For an inheritance, or when parents move abroad or into a care home.
Trust is built on clear boundaries
Partner services are paid by their own invoices — no hidden mark-up. We are paid for coordination.
  • We do
    • Coordinate and accompany
    • Bring in trusted, personally checked specialists

    • Provide medical care
    • Give legal advice — our partner lawyers do
    • Spend money without your approval
    • Make decisions for the family

    Experience You Can Rely On

I live and work in Riga, and over the years I’ve learned how Latvian institutions, procedures, and everyday systems function. After spending two decades in London running my own business, I’ve met people from all walks of life and helped them navigate countless unexpected situations.

Because of that experience, I understand how stressful it can be when you’re far from home and something urgent happens — especially when your hands feel too short to help your family. Coming from a big, close-knit family myself, I’ve always been the one who thinks ahead, takes responsibility, and makes sure things get done.

People often turn to me for help with property matters, emergencies, and documents. I’m organised, practical, and committed: if I start something, I finish it. My goal is always to reduce stress for families and loved ones by solving problems quickly and reliably.

Someone You Can Trust in Latvia

I live and work in Latvia and understand how local institutions, procedures, and everyday processes work. Having lived abroad myself, I know how reassuring it is to have someone back home you can genuinely rely on.

With years of experience managing international children’s camps, coordinating teams, and handling complex organizational challenges, I’ve learned to take responsibility, stay calm under pressure, and find practical solutions.

Over the years, friends and family living abroad have turned to me for help with all kinds of situations, from arranging funerals to navigating embassy procedures and dealing with government institutions.
